wider than the 245 and 225? Thats whats on the car right now. I WAS going to put my 205s on there because of the rims. But I've decided to just keep the stock 245/225 tires on the car and sell my 205s

ok my wheel specs are 19x9.5 +23mm front and 19x11.0 +15 for the rear.. I was told that the rear would clear a BBK.. and the front wouldnt... now... would wheel spacers help clear the BBK in the front.. and if so what size would you think i need?

Need help! I'm new to the forum and have leanred a lot but not confident enough to know what to do here. I have an 04 sedan with aero kit and I have a chance to buy 07' M45 wheels with 245/40/19 tires on them. The wheels are 19x8.5 all around, offset 47. Others have installed these with wheels on 1st gen. sedans with 15mm spacers. The question is whether I need to run smaller tires to avoid rubbing, say 245/35/19 or 240/35/19. The car is not dropped. Thanks!

I run 245 40 19 on my wheels now they are 8 by 19" with a 30 offset. It gives the exact same diameter as my stock sport rims and 235 45 18" did.

I did have to run 5mm spacers in the front to get my old M45 sport rims to stop rubbing on the upper control arm in the front.

Is your sedan a 1 st generation? Overall, do you think I can run the 245/40/19s without trouble? Many thanks!

Yes, and yes. With the right offsets (spacers).
