think we get get a mini GB for 05-06 headlights, non HID like the 03-04 have, it would be dual purpose one for people who just need new headlights and two perfect for people who want to retrofit projectors.

I would love to pay $250 for a pair instead of $1000 for OEM pair to gut. 03-04 have options all over ebay for $150 a pair.

I dont know anyone personally who can make them so someone would have to ask a vendor or company to get the ball rolling.

Redline, non revups make peak power around 6100-6400 though, a bit before redline(6800). Though you are in a lower gear so its most likely better to stay for the 400rpm

RLQ: Do any of the G's Z's have bigger/better alternators, or are they the same across the board?

Just thinking.... I have 55w HID headlights, 55w HID fogs, thinking about going to dual electric fans, and soon a computer, 4ch amp, and mono amp for the sub.... that's a significantly higher than normal power draw

Rockauto shows 110amps for both 06 and 03

I think you'll be fine with your oem alternator and you get an upgraded battery and also doing the big 3. From what you listed, most of the new current draw will be from your mono amp. if your pushing over 2000wrms then yeah, you might be needing another alt. I'm pushing 1000 to my Type X, 35W HID's all around and a PS2 in my glove box and I'm fine. I know 55w HID's take more power than 35w'S but i cant see it being that much more. and my PS2 takes about the same amount of amperage as a laptop, idk what setup your going for with your carputer but I don't think it will be that demanding...
