Well look at it like this, you can run -8 on 9.5/10.5 with about -3 degrees out back (same stretches)

So knock off 5mm for a degree of camber and you should be fine with -3 offset with -2 degrees.

Say, you want -1.5 degrees out back you should be clear up to -1.5 offset.

I'd say 0 offset or closest to is your best bet with about -2 degrees and if it rubs just pull the fenders a tiny bit.

I'm saying if you want to run -1.5 degrees of negative camber, then you should be ok with a -1.5mm offset (of course you need to round it to the nearest mm as you can buy spacer in .5 increments lol that's just how the math broke down)

So basically if you want to run only -1.5 degrees, then you SHOULD be able to run -1mm offset safely with that tire size and a roll.

 

On stock suspension would these stick past the fender @ stock suspension(non sport)?

On a sedan the rear will poke. the Front will be decently flush.

I was asking some questions about my 18" winter setup a few days ago. Currently have 350z touring staggered with 245/45/18...There was a little rubbing so I had the rear rolled.

I've since taken the wheels back off. I want a narrower tire, especially for winter. I believe the proper setup would be 225/45/18 and I could do that all around with no problem.

I've seen others use 225/40/18 all around. According to the calculator it would read about 4 km/h faster which I'm not too concerned about. (I'll just keep it in mind). Are there any other issues I should consider if going 225/40/18 all around on an 03 sedan?

Reason I ask is 225/40/18 seems to expand my tire options quite a bit but I keep hearing people talking about VDC issues. I don't see why I would have any.

Appreciate any advice.

 

Hello. Need a new set of rear tires pretty soon and was wondering if I could stretch the 19" coupe Rays?

And if so what would be a good size for a nice stretch? The rim is a 19x8.5 with 30 offset i think. Need a stretch because my g's 2.5 inches off ground and need more wheel clearance. thanks
